​​​​​​​#2 Go to developer.android.com and create an application.
​​​​​​​#3 Fill out all the information needed; App release, store listing, content rating and price.
​​​​​​​#4 Click on Manage Production.
​​​​​​​#5 ​​​​​​​Click on Upload APK and save.
​​​​​​​#6 ​​​​​​​Wait for review.
